My fourth discussion on the book The Hate U Give went successfully for me, and here I'm going to explain why.

Discussion 4 of The Hate U Give

Before the discussion, I had known I wanted to improve my discussion skills since I wasn't happy with my ability, or the marks in previous discussions. I decided I was going to have my hand raised for the majority of the discussion just so I could get more ideas out and convey to Mr. Cohen and the class my understanding and unique perspective of the book The Hate U Give, and that's what I did.

After receiving the feedback/rubric for our fourth discussion on the book The Hate U Give, I had seen the only areas that Mr. Cohen put for improvement was: I needed to build off of classmates' ideas more, and I needed to consistently use quotations to support my ideas.
